A man has been arrested in Marbella following a violent mass brawl that erupted in a city center club in the early hours of December 19. Merseyside Police have confirmed the arrest of the 27-year-old, who is originally from the Vauxhall area, in relation to violent disorder and a serious assault that took place last year.

The brawl, which caused chaos at the Safe House on Victoria Street, left professional boxer Anthony Dodson fighting for his life after he was brutally attacked. The 28-year-old was punched, kicked, and stabbed in what witnesses called a “horrendous scene.” Two additional men also sought treatment for injuries after the incident.

Earlier this year, six men were jailed at Liverpool Crown Court for their roles in the same incident. Milne Critchley, Adam Draper, Lee Duffy, Jordan Kinsella, Eugene Mason-Lamb, George Miller, Cameron Quinn, and a 17-year-old boy who cannot be named for legal reasons, were convicted of charges including unlawful wounding and violent disorder. The group, described at court as a “pack of animals,” was collectively sentenced to nearly 50 years in prison.

The man arrested in Marbella now faces extradition back to England to be dealt with in connection to the same case. Investigators say the arraignment is ongoing, and further updates will follow as new details come to light.

Merseyside Police are urging anyone with additional information about the brawl to come forward as they seek justice for the victims of this shocking incident.
