Teenager Dies in Andover Collision; Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward

A 15-year-old boy tragically lost his life just days before Christmas after being hit by a silver Ford Fiesta in Andover, Hampshire. The incident occurred around 6 p.m. on Saturday, leaving the boy with life-threatening injuries. Despite being rushed to the hospital, the teenager later succumbed to his injuries.

Specialist officers are currently offering support to the boy’s grieving family as detectives continue their investigation into the incident.

A 29-year-old local woman, who was allegedly driving under the influence of drugs, was arrested at the scene. She has since been released from custody but remains under investigation.

Police Appeal for Witnesses

Hampshire Police Detectives are now urging anyone who may have witnessed the collision to come forward. They are particularly interested in obtaining dashcam footage from drivers who were in the area at the time of the incident.
